The Anatomy Of A Steel Club

The knob is designed to prevent the club from slipping out of the hand.

The neck is the narrowest part of the club, it’s where you hold the club during exercises.

The cone connects the neck to the barrel.

The barrel is the thickest part of the club and contains the bulk of the weight.

The muzzle is at the end of the club, the muzzle is flat so you can stand it up.
