There are five parts to the clubbell;

  1. Knob
  2. Neck
  3. Cone
  4. Barrel
  5. Muzzle

Knob
The knob is designed to prevent the club from slipping out of the hand.

Neck
The neck is the narrowest part of the club, it’s where you hold the club during exercises.

Cone
The cone connects the neck to the barrel.

Barrel
The barrel is the thickest part of the club and contains the bulk of the weight.

Muzzle
The muzzle is at the end of the club, the muzzle is flat so you can stand it up.
